Ready to Master the Courtroom?

FJA members asked for a structured path designed to sharpen trial skills, develop younger lawyers, and prepare their teams for trying civil law cases. Developed by trial lawyers for trial lawyers, Trial Track offers immersive training that goes beyond a single course or webinar and instead delivers the comprehensive, real-world experience of trial work.

Earlier this year, the FJA and CLE Committee launched a new CLE series called  the Trial Track Certificate Program. Trial Track brings together FJA’s most impactful training programs for trial preparation: the Personal Injury Boot Camp Webinar Series, the Expert Webinar Series, and the Christian D. Searcy Voir Dire Institute and Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute®. Plus, a new Discovery & Deposition College has been added to the series.

Together, these outstanding programs will guide participants through the full lifecycle of a case, including hands-on components designed to develop essential trial skills such as critiquing fact patterns, responding to evidentiary rulings, and thinking on your feet. Each step instills the mindset, strategy, and discipline required to succeed in the courtroom.

The Trial Track Certificate Program combines FJA’s top CLE programs, and offers more than 60 CLE credit hours. Participants who complete the full series during the year will receive a personalized Trial Track Certificate from FJA.
