Registration options and pricing will only display for those who are logged in and verified as eligible to register. Why is my CLE Seminar Attendance not showing up with The Florida Bar?
The Florida Bar asks attorneys to self-report their CLE hours. Please input the CLE Course number given to you by the FJA (usually located in your course materials) and record it in the CLE area of your Member log-in area of The Florida Bar website. If you need a course number, please call or email the CLE Department.
How many CLE credit hours to I need during my reporting period with The Florida Bar?
The Florida Bar website outlines credit hours needed for a three-year reporting period. Note that The Florida Bar requires each of its members to complete, during each reporting period, a two-credit hour professionalism expectations course produced by The Bar as approved by the Supreme Court of Florida. How do I account for the CLE hours with The Florida Bar for a seminar I watched live or through an FJA audio format?
When reporting education hours with The Florida Bar, if you attend or watch an entire FJA program you would be eligible to record the approved credit hours as indicated on the course credit sheet (usually located in your course materials). If you attend or watch a portion of a program, every 50 minutes of instructional time equals one credit hour. How do I account for the CLE hours with The Florida Bar for a webinar I watched from SeminarWeb?
When watching a webinar hosted by SeminarWeb, you will need to self-report course details directly with The Florida Bar to provide information using the unapproved course attendance credit application available on The Bar website. I am a Paralegal and I need a course number from a seminar/webinar I attended with the FJA.
If you attended a seminar/webinar that was also available to attorneys, then a course number was given to the FJA by The Florida Bar and was provided as part of the course materials. If you need a course number, please call or email the CLE Department.
However, if it was a seminar/webinar just for paralegals, the course was approved by NALA who provides the FJA with the number of CLE Credit hours but not a course number.
I was a speaker for FJA. Can I get CLE Credit?
Yes, you can. Simply download a Lecture Credit Form from The Florida Bar website for submission.
My CLE credit is due at the end of the month. Can you help me?
Yes. If you need CLE credits quickly, the best solution would be to purchase an audio product from our selection of programs. FJA offers three audio product formats, but online streaming gives you immediate access to a program recording and related materials. A document with a breakdown of available program and credit hours for each seminar can be used to guide your purchase selections. I want to order an audio product. What is the difference between Online Streaming and a USB?
Online streaming is the #1 choice by FJA members to access CLE content. Available through your FJA online “My CLE Classroom”, members who want to view seminar content and materials as soon as possible without waiting for a physical USB product to be shipped opt for this format. Accessible wherever an Internet connection is available, content is loaded in your classroom once your order is processed.
A USB (also known as a jump/thumb drive) of our seminar contains materials and video recordings of the seminar. The USB can be plugged into your computer to access MP4 recordings and PDF files of materials. This device may also work with other devices such as a television or blu-ray player.
Note MP3 Audio CDs have been phased out beginning January 2026 but may be available with limited products. These physical CDs are just like those you would use to listen to music and come with a CD-ROM of seminar materials for your computer. FJA cannot guarantee MP3 CDs will work with all stereo systems.
Your audio and video products come with electronic materials. Can I get a printed book instead?
FJA does not produce printed course materials for its seminars or webinars. Content is provided electronically and would be either in your online “My CLE Classroom” or included on a purchased USB.
