Each year, FJA’s legislative advocacy efforts in Tallahassee focus on protecting your practice and access to justice for all Floridians.

During session, FJA is inundated with bills restricting or limiting Floridians’ ability to hold wrongdoers accountable. Our legislative issues papers and research provide background and information that will help all FJA members advocate and protect access to the courts and justice for all.

For more information, contact Lynn McCartney by email or call (850) 521-1030.
