The FJA Research and Education Foundation, a 501C (3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization, promotes the study and understanding of Florida’s civil justice system and the ways preserving this system benefits consumers, victims, and all Floridians.
With generous financial contributions from Florida Justice Association members and funds provided through Cy Pres awards, the FJA Research and Education Foundation provides high-quality research and information to enhance public knowledge about civil justice.
With a strong FJA Research and Education Foundation, we provide:
- Research to be used in policy debates or to provide educational information on proposed constitutional amendments;
- Educational information related to constitutional or public policy issues; and
- Funds for allowable public educational activities carried out by FJA staff.
