Statement by PAUL JESS, Executive Director of the Florida Justice Association Regarding Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Shooting

TALLAHASSEE – “Our hearts remain heavy with sorrow and we join all Floridians in mourning the tragic deaths of students and staff members at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Emotions are understandably raw in the wake of this heartbreaking crime committed against the victims and survivors. As an organization with many members in Broward County, FJA stands ready to provide whatever assistance is needed by our members and their clients. We honor the victims, mourn their loss, and share our deepest sympathies with the families and community. May their memory be a blessing for their families, friends and for our state.”
