The first event will be the evening of Thursday, January 15. Pre- and Post-dates are available in FJA’s room block. Contact FJA CLE Director Lee Phillips if room nights desired are not displayed when making your reservation online. *Reservations subject to availability under the FJA room block. No deposit required at time of reservation. Guest will be charged 100% of their stay 30 days prior to arrival; charges will be non-refundable and includes a $45/room/night resort fee** and applicable tax. No reservation changes or cancellations accepted within 30 days of arrival. A ‘no show’ or early departure fee equal to the entire cost of the room and tax will apply if a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date or checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
Valet Parking: $25/day for resort guests; Reduced Rate of $50/day for non-resort guests. **Resort fee includes amenities (based on availability) such as: onsite storage of skis/snowboards/boot dryers for up to 2 persons; daily sled and snowshoe usage; daily shared shuttle service to/from the hotel to Beaver Creek Resorts; daily luxury SUV transportation within town of Avon, Edwards, and Vail 7am-10pm for 2 guests; complimentary access to GoPros; complimentary access to Thule backpacks and strollers, and more!
