CLE Credit: 9.5 General; 9.5 Civil Trial Certification

We take our members’ safety very seriously and that is why individuals attending our in-person event should be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  Click here to see FJA’s COVID-19 policy.

Data gathered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) indicates that Florida consistently ranks in the top five states with the most number of trucking accidents occurring on our roadways.  Additionally, accidents involving trucks in Florida result in severe injuries and fatalities at a rate more than three times the national average. In this seminar, we’ll be tackling what to consider when taking on a truck crash case and the best strategies and tactics to implement to maximize recovery for your clients.
