Data gathered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) indicates that Florida consistently ranks in the top five states with the most number of trucking accidents occurring on our roadways.  Additionally, accidents involving trucks in Florida result in severe injuries and fatalities at a rate more than three times the national average.
