Every time the FJA gains a member, our justice community grows stronger. Being a part of the FJA family means joining an army that is consistently fighting to preserve access to justice and consumer rights.
The Florida Justice Association passionately believes that all Floridians benefit when deserving individuals have a fair chance to seek justice in our state’s courts and that Florida’s consumers are made safer when large corporations and industries are held to a high ethical standard and accept fair responsibility for their actions.
We are the only statewide professional association dedicated to trial attorneys and their clients in Florida, representing thousands of members and providing a voice on behalf of countless individuals and consumers inside the Florida Legislature. Membership in the FJA empowers and connects the civil justice community, bringing together like-minded individuals who share common goals and experience navigating the various legal and legislative challenges that we fight year after year.
In addition to providing a voice for your practice and your clients, through advocacy efforts in Tallahassee, the FJA also advocates for your interests in the judicial system through the use of appellate experts and filing of thoughtful amicus briefs. We do this through review and defense against “practice-changing” and anti-consumer legislation during legislative session as well as carrying out a robust political program that helps elect and support pro-justice candidates.
Our CLEs are specifically developed by the best plaintiff trial lawyers for the enhancement of the best plaintiff trial lawyers. FJA membership provides attorneys around the state with access to CLE credits throughout the year through annual events like our Convention, Masters of Justice, Workhorse Seminars, and other premier programming. Best of all-FJA members have access to these continuing education units all year long!
